Wang Yijun (Shandong Model Worker)
Boulevard feelings Do not forget your initiative mind.
For 13 consecutive years, Wang Yijun, known as the "Master of National Ceremony Art", has been created. As a representative of the 13th National People’s Congress, he is the chief technician of Shandong Province, a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions, and he is also the youngest master of ceramic art in China.
Wang Yijun ingeniously combined the traditional ceramic art with the comprehensive decoration of carving and painting, and successively invented the techniques of crystalline glaze porcelain carving, high-temperature kiln color glaze porcelain carving, half-knife clay tire decoration and glaze carving. In 2009, Shao Guang, a carved porcelain work, won the special prize in the 10th China Arts and Crafts Master Works and International Art Fair.
Wang Yijun’s works have won many national gold and silver awards and UNESCO awards, as well as the Taishan Prize for Literature and Art, etc., and have been included in the Collection of Arts and Crafts of China, which was compiled by the China Art Museum, and selected for the Shanghai World Expo, the China Art Museum, the French Louvre, the British Treasures Museum and other important art exhibitions and collected.
In recent years, Wang Yijun is concerned about people’s livelihood, and participated in the writing of the research report "Guiding the Construction of Rural Spiritual Civilization with Cultural Thought —— Taking Zichuan District of Zibo City as an Example", which was discussed at the biweekly seminar in Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

He also won the honorary title of "Revitalizing Zibo Labor Medal" in April 2017.
In his work, Wang Gongqing strictly controlled the quality and strengthened equipment maintenance and management, which effectively ensured the improvement of production efficiency and the stability of product quality. In order to improve the comprehensive management level of the workshop, Wang Gongqing takes standardized team building and foreign body control as the starting point, gives full play to the role of the group leader and squad leader, strengthens implementation, takes responsibility step by step, and has a clear division of labor. Wang Gongqing actively advocated the moral fashion of dedication and selfless dedication, strengthened the service consciousness of employees, and made the majority of employees establish a sense of pride and honor in the enterprise. He also publicized the good deeds and outstanding deeds in the work and life of employees through publicity positions such as blackboard newspapers in the workshop and company newspapers, and created a good cultural atmosphere.

Liu Guohui (Shandong Model Worker)
Down-to-earth and bravely climb the peak
Liu Guohui, an ordinary employee of the Second Alumina Plant of Chinalco Shandong Co., Ltd.. Since joining the work for 25 years, I have learned all kinds of business knowledge in a down-to-earth manner and developed exquisite operation skills. I was named as the first batch of alumina production technicians and senior technicians of Chinalco Shandong Enterprise. In 2017, he participated in the technical competition of alumina production workers (settling workers) in the non-ferrous metal industry in the province and won the first place. At the same time, he won the honorary titles of "Fumin Xinglu Labor Medal" and "Technical Expert" in Shandong Province.
Over the years, Liu Guohui has been assiduously studying the professional knowledge of alumina preparation and groping for post operation skills. He summed up his working experience for many years, and refined the optimized settling tank operation method and the dynamic balance method of red mud output in the state of frequent ore switching. In the work of stabilizing settling tank operation, improving the AO qualified rate of semen in the southern line, increasing the hourly capacity of 40 square meters filter, reducing the final total alkali of settling tank, and settling QC team, he made contributions to the production and operation of enterprises, improving quality and efficiency, and environmental protection. In recent years, he has submitted more than 30 rationalization proposals, adopted and implemented more than 10, and reduced consumption for enterprises by more than one million yuan.
In his work, Liu Guohui paid attention to leading by example and teaching by example, and cultivated many technical experts and brought out a large number of business backbones. Three comrades became team leaders and five comrades became the backbone of posts in each work area. As a representative of excellent "benchmarking master", he made new contributions to inheriting the craftsman spirit.

In his work, Chen Zhuo is rigorous and diligent in learning. He always takes the belief that "a worker should be a good worker, but also a good knowledge worker", and has repeatedly offered reasonable suggestions for the improvement of tools and fixtures, optimized product processing procedures, and made product quality more stable and productivity improved.
In addition to studying business knowledge, he also actively participated in workshop management, always put safety and quality first, and strictly implemented various operating procedures. In order to make apprentices familiar with their work as soon as possible, Chen Zhuo taught them by example and actively taught, helped, guided and trained them.
Under the leadership of Chen Zhuo, the operating rate of CNC Class Six reached 99.5% in 2017, and the processing efficiency reached 73%, an increase of 20% over the same period last year; The actual quota was 91.6%, which improved the production efficiency, and the production and operation accidents were zero, and the tasks assigned by the company were successfully completed.
In 2014, Chen Zhuo was awarded the honor of "Top Ten Teachers with High Apprentices" by zhoucun district Federation of Trade Unions, the Labor Medal of zhoucun district Fumin Strong District in 2014, and the honor of "Zibo Artisan" by Zibo Federation of Trade Unions in 2017.

Ren Changjuan (Shandong Model Worker)
Skillful hand-woven inspirational life
Ren Changjuan, spinning turner of Zibo Yinshilai Textile Co., Ltd.. At work, she is diligent and down-to-earth. Through her continuous study and hard work, she has accumulated rich work experience and developed extraordinary operation skills.
Since joining the factory in 2006, Ren Changjuan has worked hard and practiced his operation skills. After a year’s training, she has been able to block 18-20 spinning frames by herself, becoming a production pacesetter and an expert in operation in her class, and won the honorary title of "Production Champion" of the company for many times.
Whenever the staff in the class are nervous, she voluntarily gives up the rest in rotation, and she takes on the job of stopping 35 spinning frames by herself, and all the indicators are still among the best. She also took the initiative to take on the task of bringing new students. Nowadays, more than half of the students in the workshop are her apprentices.
In July 2016, the company was invited to participate in the "National Textile Industry Wei Qiao-Jingwei Cup Spinners Vocational Skills Competition". After fierce competition, Ren Changjuan ranked 25th in the national competition from October 24 to 30, 2016, and won the honorary title of "National Expert in Spinning Machine Operation in Cotton Textile Industry", and won the trophy and certificate of the National Skills Competition. In 2017, she won the honorary title of "Great Craftsman in Boshan District" and "Inheriting Great Craftsman" in China cotton textile industry again.
Over the years, Ren Changjuan, a post-80s generation, took the factory as her home, watered the beautiful smiles of textile women workers with her own hard sweat, and dedicated her strength to the company and the big family of society.
Wei Junmei (Shandong Model Worker)
Clever design and great responsibility
Wei Junmei graduated from the Department of Architecture of Shandong Jianzhu University in 1994, majoring in architecture, and has worked in Zibo Architectural Design and Research Institute since graduation. Over the past 20 years, Wei Junmei’s projects have won many provincial and municipal excellent architectural design awards.
Constantly learning new knowledge and technology has enabled Wei Junmei to maintain his academic creativity. In 2010, he participated in the design of the first phase project of Kohler Sanitary Ware Zibo Co., Ltd. in the United States, and undertook the professional audit and project coordination of the project. She cooperated with American architects in green building design, published papers such as "Analysis of LEED-certified environmental management strategy of Zibo Kohler Sanitary Ware Project" and "Talking about how to strengthen the development concept of green building", and put the strategy of green building into practice in other projects. In 2014, as the technical director, she organized and compiled the provincial standard atlas "Building Structure of YTONG Sand Aerated Concrete Block Self-insulation System" (L14SJ170), which promoted the application of the self-insulation and energy-saving system of aerated concrete block in Shandong Province in addition to the external insulation and composite insulation system of the building.
As a designer, she actively studies and promotes the application of new technologies and materials, helps the construction party to reduce costs and energy consumption, and takes into account the balance between the economic benefits of development enterprises and the overall social benefits, contributing to the implementation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion goals of provinces and cities in the construction industry.
In the unit, Wei Junmei pays attention to the role of mentoring and leading the demonstration, teaches by example, and gives his precious work experience to young comrades without reservation, so that young designers can grow up quickly and become the backbone of the architectural design industry in Zibo.
