Therefore, it is an important task for grass-roots party organizations in higher vocational colleges to firmly grasp "who to train, how to train and for whom", combine organizational construction with educational guidance, and strengthen the educational responsibilities of party organizations at all levels in colleges and universities.
Trade logistics has a very important strategic position in China’s economic development. In Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics, the major of business logistics consists of e-commerce, marketing, engineering logistics management and logistics engineering technology. After the freshmen of grade 2020 reported to the school, there were 2351 students in four majors, accounting for 22% of the total number of students in the hospital. Innovating the Party building work of students majoring in business logistics, promoting the effectiveness of ideological and political education, guiding young students to hone their excellent skills, paying attention to ability training, strengthening their knowledge reserves, and improving their political consciousness, moral quality, culture and physical and mental literacy in an all-round way. The grass-roots party organizations majoring in business logistics in our college have explored more positive and successful practical experience in the "trinity" education mode of leading party groups and classes to help students grow into talents.
At present, there are two student party branches and two faculty party branches in the business logistics major of Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics. In the long-term practical work, the grass-roots party organizations of commerce and logistics major always insist on taking "Party building leads league building and league building promotes class building" as an important task, constantly innovating working mechanism and improving working methods, and forming a "trinity" working mode of educating students and helping them grow into talents, that is, organically integrating party flavor concentration, league flavor freshness and class flavor temperature to promote students’ all-round progress and growth.
Ideological guidance to ensure "party flavor concentration"
That is, on the basis of the Party’s basic theoretical knowledge, we insist on reading the original, learning the original, understanding the principle, being diligent in exchange and discussion, researching and analyzing, and arming teachers and students with the Party’s advanced theory. In recent years, the learning content of teachers and students covers a wide range. Focusing on the study and education of "two studies and one doing" and the theme education of "Do not forget your initiative mind, bearing in mind the mission", teachers and students were organized to comprehensively and conscientiously study the Reading Book of Important Speeches by General Secretary of the Supreme Leader, the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions in the Communist Party of China (CPC) and other ways by studying materials, listening to reports, watching videos, taking party classes, testing knowledge and discussing and communicating. Make full use of the learning platforms such as "Working with you in Yancheng", "Communist party member", "Red Star Cloud" and "Learning Power" to carry out various online learning. Especially during the long winter vacation in COVID-19 in 2020, it is the best opportunity for grass-roots party organizations to use "learning power" to strengthen theoretical arms and create a good learning atmosphere. The General Party Branch promotes teachers and students’ conscious study of party member cadres by establishing a learning integral management ledger. At the same time, in view of party member, whose individual studies are not active, not active, ranking low and the increase of points is not high, the General Party Branch has established a reminder mechanism while implementing regular notification, strengthened their daily management by means of telephone and WeChat, and strictly set a time limit, requiring them to catch up with their study progress within the specified time. By the end of 2020, there were 26 party member students from four majors (excluding party member, a graduating class student in the first half of 2020), with a cumulative study score of 141,594 points and a per capita study score of 5,445.9 points.
Community activities show "freshness of group flavor"
Community activities promote students’ enthusiasm for professional learning and skill training with their colorful contents and forms. In recent years, a variety of club activities have been welcomed by business logistics students with their colorful contents and forms, and their participation has reached 100%, especially some professional club activities, which have effectively cultivated and stimulated students’ interest in learning and mobilized their enthusiasm for learning. Among the 36 associations in the hospital, there are 2 associations related to business logistics. Under the guidance of professional teachers, Smart Logistics Association and Municipal E-commerce Sandplay Association won 4 national first prizes and 2 national second prizes in the sandplay competition on marketing skills, e-commerce skills and logistics enterprise management.
With the help of the carrier of community activities, we actively explore the cooperative education mechanism between schools and enterprises, that is, by inviting experts from industry enterprises to give lectures at the school, we can urge students to understand corporate culture, appreciate professional charm and enhance their professional identity. Since 2016, the modern business service professional group has held 13 lectures and trainings for business experts in the business logistics industry.
In 2018, Bai Youwen, an alumnus and chairman of Guangzhou Zengxin Information Technology Co., Ltd., was planned and invited to give a lecture on "SAAS Platform Based on Blockchain+Artificial Intelligence, Fourth Party Smart Logistics Operation". Combining his own workplace experience, he analyzed the correct attitude to build workplace competitiveness, encouraged students to "where there is a will, there is a way", grasped the pulse of the industry, made early study and career planning, and reserved professional energy. The development of these activities not only enriches students’ after-school life, but also creates a strong corporate culture atmosphere, which enables students to improve their professional skills and enhance their sense of collective honor and social responsibility in perceiving the meaning and happiness of their careers.
In 2018, party member, a teacher of the Communist Youth League General Branch, cooperated with the director team to lead 650 students to participate in the rehearsal of the opening ceremony of the 13th Hunan Games. Teachers and students gave up their summer break and trained for an average of four or five hours a day in the heat, especially in the last half month of the sprint, often training until 2 am. The whole 49 days of hard work earned the successful performance of the opening ceremony, which not only spread Hunan culture, but also promoted the spirit of sports.
Student management embodies "class taste temperature"
Class management work is done carefully and practically. Especially when new students report for duty every year, the General Party Branch does a solid job of "one-stop" reception service for new students, and arranges seniors and seniors in the second and third grades to provide one-on-one "one-stop" service. Senior students and senior sisters lead freshmen to complete the registration process, including going through the admission formalities from the gymnasium to the check-in formalities in the dormitory building, as well as explaining the signs around the campus, sharing life experiences, introducing societies and associations, and exchanging professional learning experiences. After reporting for school, the general branch secretary, the administrative person in charge, together with the school management service personnel and the student union cadres, came to the student apartment, visited each dormitory and greeted each new student, which made the freshmen feel a one-stop service process and felt warm, shortening the uncomfortable time for freshmen to get familiar with the campus environment and start university life. In order to help students adapt to college life as soon as possible, get familiar with the learning environment, and change their role orientation, generally after the opening ceremony, various majors have concentrated on a series of entrance education activities for freshmen, such as safety knowledge education, college rules and regulations education, patriotic theme education, professional ideological education, and national subsidy policy preaching for poor students, so as to help new students take the first step in college.
Party organizations specializing in business logistics consistently adhere to the party-government linkage and a chess game of education and teaching to achieve "three synchronizations", namely, the simultaneous formulation of academic planning and career planning, the simultaneous integration of ideological quality education and professional education, and the simultaneous refinement of craftsmanship and craftsmanship.

In the talent training of students majoring in business logistics in Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics, we should give full play to the political and organizational advantages of secondary party organizations, give full play to the active role of the Youth League Committee and classes, and guide students to grow up healthily from the aspects of ideal belief, healthy mind, collectivism, bottom-line thinking, professional ability and social practice ability with the working idea of "improving their own construction, improving service level, strengthening ideological guidance and conveying youthful vitality".
